Our pricing includes GST.
URGENT ORDERS
We are happy to try to accommodate urgent orders, but any extraordinary expenses will be passed on.
FREIGHT
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Shipping costs are
influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact
shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the
order total before checkout. If the goods are incorrectly ordered or the order
is cancelled after the goods have been shipped, freight will be charged plus an
administration fee may apply.
RETURNS POLICY
Please note normal wear and tear and variations in dye lots are not considered to be faults in a product.
- Goods will be accepted for return providing the following conditions are met:
- A copy of the invoice must accompany any goods being returned.
- We will not accept goods for return without prior authorization or contact.
- Cartons should be clearly addressed to Safari Life and marked returned goods clearly visible on the cartons
- Items returned must be in a saleable condition and returned within 14 days of invoice date
- Credit claims for shortages will not be accepted if the goods are going to third party or company and the claim is not lodged within 2 business days.
- Please ensure that stock received bagged is returned bagged, otherwise a 10% surcharge will apply.
DAMAGES
The Supplier shall not be liable for any amount greater than the sales price of the product originally supplied. Without limiting the meaning of this clause, the Supplier shall not be liable for any claims, loss, expense whatsoever, how so ever arising, or in any event in any way whatsoever for any contingent, consequential direct/indirect special, or punitive damages arising in relation thereto, and the Customer acknowledges this express limit or liability and agrees to limit any claim accordingly. Further the Supplier shall not be responsible directly or indirectly for any consequential loss or maintenance, use or operation of the product by the Customer, or to any third party, or from any failure of the product whether defective or not.
